We will provide you with a date confirmation sheet, which will lay out all the details of the event and requirements, along with a date reservation fee request. We can provide, liability insurance, W-9, and invoicing. If this is a corporate or government event no date reservation fee will be required, and payment is due in full at the date of performance.
What do I need to provide?
Indoors, an area or stage with a minimum space of10ft. x 24ft. We need one/two outlets of power provided by the stage or entertainment area. Two dressing areas, Men/Women for costume changes after setup and sound-check. If performing outside during the daytime or sun hours, we need a cover that will cover the area specified above. If the event group is planning on hosting over 600 people a professional sound system is needed to cover the area. We can provide the sound company with a stage plot, to expediate.
What do I get for my event?
You get a fully rehearsed, costumed show, which is interactive (trivia contests), narrative descriptions and fun facts, along with 4 highly accomplished musicians and vocalists that replicate and celebrate the music of the era. This act if fully contained: sound reinforcement for up to 600 people, stage lighting if needed. Sound technician to balance the environment, so we don't “blow” you out of the room. We can support you with flyers or posters for the event. If open to the public, we will create a Facebook event and make you co-event host and promote it to your area.
