We will provide you with a date confirmation sheet, which will detail the event and requirements, along with a date reservation fee request. We can provide liability insurance, a W-9, and invoicing. If this is a corporate or government event no date reservation fee will be required, and payment is due in full on the date of performance.
What do I need to provide?
Indoors, an area or stage with a minimum space of 10ft. x 24ft. We need three power outlets provided by the stage or entertainment area. Two dressing areas (Men/Women) for costume changes after setup and sound-check. If performing outside during the daytime or in the sun, we need a cover for the area specified above. If the event group is planning on hosting over 600 people a professional sound system is needed to cover the area. We can provide the sound company with a stage plot to expedite. If you have slideshow capabilities, we can provide you with a slideshow that will enhance the experience.
What do I get for my event?
You get a fully rehearsed, costumed show that is interactive (trivia contests), includes narrative descriptions and fun facts, along with four highly accomplished musicians and vocalists who replicate and celebrate the music of the era. This act is fully contained, including sound reinforcement for up to 600 people and stage lighting if needed. A sound technician who will balance the environment so we don't overwhelm you with volume. We can support you with flyers or posters for the event. If open to the public, we will create a Facebook event, make you a co-event host and promote it to your area.
